Our group classes include a combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning in a comfortable atmosphere. We provide small class sizes to accommodate individual training needs in a group setting.
Our classes are no more than 8 attendees.
BreLou is a phenomenal trainer. She is well trained in providing information on weight loss and what exercises can target certain areas. Although she is nice, she provides the extra push and encouragement to help clients reach their goals and complete their training sessions.
Boot camp, early Saturday mornings gave me strength. Once I completed the courses for the day it was a struggle, but every muscle in my body let me know I was doing something, I love going to each station. Each week you challenge yourself to do more than you did the last week Gotta love FitGoals.. if have the goals fit into it!!!
FitGoals boot camp is AMAZING! I had the pleasure of experiencing this boot camp recently and it is definitely a “Total Fit” experience. I recommend this boot camp to anyone who may be trying to reach a fitness goal… you won’t regret it!
