FITNESS

Our group classes include a combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning in a comfortable atmosphere. We provide small class sizes to accommodate individual training needs in a group setting. 

 

Our classes are no more than 8 attendees.

ARMS & ABS

A 60-minute low impact class focuses on toning and strengthening the arms, upper body, and core.

Class size: 8 person max

BOOT CAMP

A 60-minute full body cardio, strength, and toning class for all fitness levels.

​

Class size: 8 person max

BUTT & GUT

A 60-minute low impact class focuses on toning and strengthening the glutes, quads, hams, and core.

​

Class size: 8 person max

FITNESS KICKBOXING

A 60-minute full body workout which includes boxing and kickboxing techniques along with related exercises.

​

Class size: 8 person max

JUMPS DANCE

A 60-minute full body cardio and toning class using rebound shoes. Shoe rental available for $10.

Class size: 8 person max

LINE DANCE PARTY

A 60-minute low impact cardio class that teaches the latest line dances.

​

Class size: 8 person max

PURE CARDIO

A 60-minute full body interval training that alternates short periods of intense exercise with recovery periods

​

Class size: 8 person max

TRAMP FIT

A 60-minute rebounding workout that incorporates cardio and strength training using a mini-trampoline.

​

Class size: 8 person max

ZUMBA

A 45-minute full body workout that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance

​

Class size: 8 person max

YOGA

A 60-minute class focused on flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility, that helps you find your inner peace.
