SMALL GROUP

FITNESS

Our 60-minute StrengthFit, CardioFit, and MindfulFit classes are offered Monday through Friday. Our 60-minute TrampFit and CardioFit classes are offered Saturday mornings. Our 30-minute Virtual PraiseFit classes are offered Sunday mornings.

 

All classes include a combination cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning in a comfortable atmosphere. Our class sizes are sized to accommodate individual training needs in a group setting at an affordable price. We keep your FIT routine interesting by offering a variety of workouts in each class! 

CHAIR FIT

This low impact cardio workout uses a variety of choreographed movements for strength, mobility, and flexibility while seated. This full body workout helps improve muscle tone, coordination, and balance.

LINE DANCE FIT

Learn popular line dance routines in this high energy, low impact cardio class. Resistance bands and dumbbells are also used to increase cardio and strength.

DRUM FIT

This unique class combines rhythm, exercise balls, and specially made drumsticks for a low impact cardio class. Learn choreographed drumming routines to various music genres.

FIT CAMP

A series of exercises performed for a specified number of repetitions in a round robin fashion using weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, and other equipment. This powerful workout allows you to complete each station at your own pace by providing beginner, intermediate, and advanced level repetitions.

KETTLE FIT

A strength and cardio workout using kettlebells which are a weighted alternative to dumbbells. This full body workout incorporates various exercises in patterns, some using swinging movements. The routines target multiple target groups.

KICKBOX FIT

A combination of martial arts and boxing techniques for intense calorie burn. Movements include punches, kicks, and knees in either a round robin or choreographed style for an intense full body workout.  Boxing gloves are provided.

MINDFUL FIT

This low impact class is designed for active agers, and individuals who have workout constraints due to prior injuries or medical conditions. Exercises focus on mobility, flexibility, and balance needed for every day activities and include both strength and cardio components.

SUSPENSION FIT

Focuses on bodyweight exercises using suspension bands. This class helps increase strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. Using your body weight as resistance, suspension training burns calories and improves cardio endurance.

STEP FIT

A classic cardio workout that uses a step and optional risers. The steps include a variety of steps in a repeated pattern which include knee raises, kicks, and turns. This full body workout helps improve muscle tone, coordination, and balance.

TRAMP FIT

A rebounding workout that incorporates cardio and strength training using a mini-trampoline. Rebounding is an effective workout for all fitness levels and improves cardio, strength, coordination, and balance. You decide whether to perform the exercises in a low or high impact fashion.

VIRTUAL PRAISE FIT

A full body virtual cardio and strength workout including various exercises choreographed to Christian and Gospel music.
