FITNESS

Our group classes include a combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning in a comfortable atmosphere. We provide small class sizes to accommodate individual training needs in a group setting. 

 

Our classes are no more than 4 attendees.

BOOT CAMP

A 60-minute full body circuit workout promoting strength and cardio training.

 

Class size: 4 person max

FITNESS KICKBOXING

A 60-minute full body workout which includes boxing and kickboxing techniques along with related exercises

Class size: 4 person max

ZUMBA

A 45-minute full body workout that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance

Class size: 4 person max

PURE CARDIO

A 60-minute full body interval training that alternates short periods of intense exercise with recovery periods

Class size: 4 person max

BUTT & GUT

A 60-minute class targeting glute and core toning

Class size: 4 person max
