COVID POLICY

At FitGoals LLC we respect the health and welfare of our clients, guests, and employees. We strictly follow advice and guidance from the CDC concerning mask requirements. We do provide masks and gloves upon request. We ask that you not enter our facility if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• fever

• chills

• cough

• sore throat

• high temperature (above 99 degrees)

• respiratory illness

• difficulty breathing

• lost of taste or smell

All clients and guests will be required to sign a COVID waiver.
