PACKAGES

Our fitness packages are designed with both your fitness needs and budget in mind. Fitness offerings are available for small group fitness and personal training. Monthly specials are available at a reduced cost so that you can try our classes before committing to a monthly package.

Our CPR offerings are blended courses valid for 6 months. Participants complete the self-paced videos and schedule their in-person practical evaluation. Contact us for corporate onsite CPR certification options.
