CLASSES

Our specialty classes are offered in a virtual format or as pop-up classes for special events. Follow our news and events page for offerings.

ARMS & ABS

A low impact class focused on toning and strengthening the arms, upper body, and core using resistance bands, weights, medicine balls, and body weight exercises.

BUTT & GUT

A low impact class focused on toning and strengthening the glutes, quads, hams, and core using ​resistance bands, weights, medicine balls, and body weight exercises.

CHAIR FITNESS

A low impact full body cardio, strength, and toning class for all fitness levels. Movements are performed using a chair in a seated position. 

HULA HOOP FITNESS

A core strengthening and waist toning workout using a weighted hula hoop. Movement s are focus on revolving the hula hoop around the waist. Arm and leg exercises are also incorporated.

JUMPS DANCE

A full body cardio and toning class using rebound shoes. Choreographed routines are taught to using various music genres. Shoe rental available for $10.

JUMPROPE CLINICS

Learn basic techniques to master the fundamentals of jumprope. A consistent jumprope routine burns calories, improves cardio, and builds both strength and endurance.

LINE DANCE CARDIO

Variations of popular line dance songs using resistance bands and hand weights to increase cardio and strength.
